Our Third Mission
Our third and most recent mission, STS-110, Atlantis, launched  the afternoon of Monday, April 8th, 2002 

Our flight samples were offloaded on to the space station from Atlantis. Our samples were picked up by STS-111, Endeavour in June and returned to UCI.

Our Second Mission (STS-98)


Our second group of experiments launched on Wednesday, February 7th, 2001 at 6:13 PM EST onboard Atlantis(STS-98). 

Our 'protein crystal samples' were off-loaded from Atlantis and moved to the Russian Zarya module where they were later removed and returned to Earth by STS-102 (Discovery).
